The ponies need water wings.

  After a long hot summer and mild autumn, a wet and windy winter has arrived. It is okay for me, sitting indoors.playing with Domino and having to dry the older kittens off with my tongue when they come in, but the ponies are not happy. The paddock is getting very wet. Both Marine and Prudence enjoy watching us indoors, and have a special place where they can look in opposite the patio doors. The Ponies – Marine and Prudence

  Hello everyone, Today I would like to introduce you to the ponies here Marine and Prudence. They are going to be the stars in their own series of pony books coming out soon. Marine is a Fjord x Cob and she stands 15.hh or 152.4 cms. She is 14 years old and very friendly. Prudence is a Shetland pony from the Shetland Isles in the UK. She is 11hh or 111.76cm and she is 32 years old. They are the best of friends and I am sure they will have lots of exciting adventures. Well bye for now, Toby.

Stormy weather and the wind worried ponies!

Well as you know, being a Border Collie, a bit of wet weather doesn’t worry me, but the wind and rain have been pouring down the last couple of days. Here at Fantasy Farm the chickens have kept in their hen house, they don’t like the wind at all. In the field the ponies Marine and Prudence are staying in their shelter most of the time eating the big round of hay inside. However, just now I heard a lot of noise and there was Marine running down the field as fast as her legs would carry her. Mum laughed …

Prudence the pony has arrived!

  Hi everyone, These are exciting times! We have another friend join us at Fantasy Farm, her name is Prudence. Prudence is a Shetland pony who has come to spend her retirement being a companion for Marine. She is really small, and quite old, but very friendly. She is toffee and white and has a very thick coat. It has been raining since she arrived, but here are a couple of pictures of her with Marine. I’ve just had my birthday!

Well, it must be another year because I’ve just had my 6th birthday, I was born on the 26th December, my mum waited you see so that everyone could get over the excitement of Christmas and then marvel at her lovely puppies. A new addition – Marine the horse.

This year, we have had a new addition to the place, a very big new addition, Marine the horse.                   She is a Fjord x Cob and although she’s  now owned by my mum, she has only infact walked across the road, as she used to belong to Michel our neighbour.
